I personally always used to have the excuse that I will never be fit because none of my family members are ripped. I used to avoid working out my core because I will never get abs anyways.
But with time, and with following some incredible women on Instagram like @fitgurlmel, I’ve realized that our bodies aren’t set in stone. Yes, our genes have a lot to do with how difficult our process would be, but definitely not make it impossible. ✨✨✨ So let’s just do it! 💪 .

Everything flows perfectly and I feel already leaner (dropped some water weight mainly), therefore more motivated to keep on pushing. I have the entire weekend off work and I can’t wait to train without being time limited 😍😍🤞🏻how are you???

You should workout when you can. When you don\'t want to or if you are short on time... 30 minutes is better then nothing. You should think about how lucky you are to be healthy enough to be able to work out daily. You should be grateful for your health and your ability to become stronger.

So, after a relatively quiet start to the week (only just over eleven miles over Monday and Tuesday albeit with a lot of #cardio work!) I got up to the half marathon distance yesterday! 😅🏃🏻‍♂️ ...you can pretty much break that down into #10K before/during work and then 10K after work! 🙌🏼

Bad traffic from Cardiff & no parking spaces when we arrived (thanks Kwikfit for the eventual parking spot 😂😂) meant we started the race 6 minutes after everyone else left.

Once I was running though I loved it - the first 2km where I had the roads and marshals to myself was interesting.
.
The course is really stunning, taking you out of town onto some lovely trails and through residential areas with plenty of locals out supporting, before a very fast downhill finish back in town.

Slower than last year but 51 minutes on the nose so more than happy with that - and passed 440 other runners during the race 😀

🙇🏻‍♂️Verovarno najveći psihički problem osoba koje prate neki tip ishrane, ili prosto rečeno su na dijeti, jeste taj da kada upadnu u neku depresiju ili misle da ne mogu više da istraju u režimu, bace se na prejedanje nezdrave hrane. Neko se zaustavi na tom cheat obroku a neko produži na cheat dan. Sve bude ok posle prejedanja osim jedne stvari, vage.
Tek tada nastaju problemi. Iz iskustva mnogih mojih klijenata to znam. Koliko god se trudio da im objasnim da će sve biti u redu, par sati drame je neizbežno. Zbog toga ću vam ukratko objasniti o čemu se zapavo radi i da li ste se stvarno udebljali te 2-3 kile koje vaga pokaže.
Zamislite da ste na takvom režimu ishrane gde su vaši ugljeni hidrati ograničeni, tj smanjeni. Vaši glikogenski depoi su većim delim prazni ili poluprazni. E sada, ti depoi primaju, od zavisnosti od mase osobe, recimo do nekih 500-600g hidrata. Hidrati sa sobom vežu vodu uvek. Preciznije rečeno svaki gram ugljenih hidrata veže neka 4 grama vode. Sad prosto izračunajte, mada u tom trenutku prejedanja baš i ne verujem da neko od vas računa sta sve strpa u sebe 😂🤷🏻‍♂️ Al za vas koji računate, punjenje od 500g hidrata bi vaga pokazala cc 2kg gore. Naravno, ko još jede neslano. So u većoj količini zadržava potkožnu vodu. I sve to u kombinaciji od 500g hidrata. Sad budite realni pa priznajte sebi koliko pojedete kada vam vaga pokaže 3-4kg više?
Zbog toga savetujem svima cheat meal pre cheat daya.. Jer za jedan obrok retko ko može pojesti više od 2-4 hiljade kcal (ima nas😂🙉) . Al ako sebi dozvolite ceo dan prejedanje...... .

What’s not to like right?! Been super organised with kit. Very proud of myself. There will be updates all weekend as I march towards heat exhaustion.... .

Killed it squatting tonight with my bro @raymond_fit_life ! 💪 Was carbless for 2 days and still very out of it overall mentally too so took it easy. 😥 Did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 3 315, set of 1 335 speed rep, set of 3 365 (messed up my breathing 3rd rep and threw me off groove😧), and a set of 7 315 pause reps(tied my best). 😁 Off days come and go.... just got to push harder on those kind of days. I will get that 6 rep PR with 365 even on this cut! 😐 Just have to be more mentally serious about it! 🙏
