I had heard abt this โ€œwatermelon guyโ€ from abt 4-5 people so I went to pay him a visit and purchased a red and a yellow. Yโ€™all, I cut this yellow one in half and it was literally gushing water out of it. It is hands down the best melon Iโ€™ve ever had in my life. - Folic acid in some cases, which is crucial in cell development - Natural, non-transformed sugar, to give us the energy we need to function
- Helping our body eliminate by cleansing what needs to be cleansed
- Water! Oh how I love eating my water with fruits! ๐Ÿคฐ๐ŸฝDuring pregnancy, watermelon is a great one to stock up on as it helps with morning sickness, protects the heart and the brain, helps you get enough water and remain hydrated.
Need I go on?! ๐Ÿ˜‹I like to eat melons and watermelons by themselves, not mixing with any other fruit to avoid feeling bloated. โณA few hours after my breakfast, meaning a few hours after Iโ€™ve had all my fruits to start the day. ๐Ÿฅ’Then watermelon can be my second meal, before I move onto raw vegetables a few hours later.

Camping with the kids in 100 degree weather! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Cooled down with my fave salad that I packed and brought along, my Fiesta Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, pineapple, mango, cilantro, onion, corn and lime juice). Today we floated the river and it was kidsโ€™ first float! They are 4, 5, & 6 years old and it lasted almost an hour and a half! They did great! Their bravery levels went opposite of their ages with the 4 year old swimming and treading water (a lot of it was deep!) for most of the journey down river and the oldest screaming and crying with terror when not attached to me. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ So fun tho.
