In a small bowl, combine all cookies ingredients, mix until well combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 5 mins.

Roll out the dough. Use a circle cookie cutter, cut out the cookies until you’ve used all the dough. Lay cookies on prepared baking sheets and bake for approximately 12-15 mins. Let cool completely before assembling. .
Make the cream, place all cream ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Place cream mixture in the fridge for 10 mins. .
Melt chocolate with coconut oil, allow to cool. .
Assemble, spread 1 tsp of raspberry jam into each cookie. Then spread a layer of the cream on one of the cookies, sandwich together jam cookie. Press together slightly. Take the cookies and dip into the melted chocolate. Put in the refrigerator until set and ready to serve. .

10 minute meal: Shrimp, Avo, & Greens tossed in a lemony-garlicky tahini sauce .

This is super easy to whip together. Today I used some Josie’s arugula, fresh watercress, sliced cucumber (they are in there somewhere), diced avocado, fresh jalapeño peppers, added some shrimp and tossed it in the tahini sauce. A nice light + refreshing summer salad that keeps the mind + muscles happy.

Here is how I made it:
.
1.Start with some wild deveined shrimp and toss with some olive oil, sea salt, fresh pepper, garlic powder, a little paprika. Experiment & have fun with what you like though. Mix everything well & let sit.
.
2.Take a large pan and add 1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil + 1 tbsp minced garlic. After a few seconds, add the shrimp and cook for about 1-1.5 minutes on each side. Don’t overcook as it turns rubbery. Set aside.
.
3.In a large bowl, add your greens + veggies. I used a big base of arugula and added fresh watercress, 🥑, sliced jalapeños (deseed these if you dont like it super spicy), some cucumbers. You can add anything you have on hand.
.
4.Next is the dressing. I used 2 tablespoons high quality velvety tahini, 1 tablespoon olive oil, juice from 1/2 large lemon, sea salt, 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, and about 1 tablespoon of finely chipped fresh cilantro. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/oil/lemon/salt/herbs based on your preference if you’d like. Everyone is a bit different.

5.Add the shrimp, add your desired amount of dressing, and mix everything well. I then topped with some sesame seeds. You can also use hemp seeds or anything else you fancy.

Lo pasamos en grande desde las 2 de la tarde que llegamos al centro hasta la noche en el real y sus casetas 🎪. La única pena fue el no quedarnos más días allí! 🙄

🇬🇧 Fourth city of the holidays: Málaga 💃. We arrived on Wednesday and we had a walk to visit the city, cause on Thursday the fair started. Great atmosphere there, we enjoyed a lot! 🤗. We were partying since 2pm to the night in the second location of the fair 🎪. The only pity is not being more days there! 🙄

Салат с печенью трески и яичным белком.
Для тех кто не любит яйца, но хочет обогатить свой организм чистым белком.
И так, что же нам понадобится:
Микс салата-20гр
Помидор 🍅розовый- 1шт
Огурец 🥒-1шт
Лук красный- 1/4шт
Яйцо куриное 2-3 шт
Печень трески консервированная- 30гр
Масло олива, либо растительного-10гр
Лимон🍋-1шт
Масло из под печени трески-20гр
Соль-по вкусу
Моем и чистим овощи, нарезаем произвольно. Яйца отвариваем 10 минут и опускаем в холодную воду. Печень трески слегка сушим от масла, но масло не выливаем.
Заправка для нашего салата:
Смешиваем оливковое или растительное масло с маслом из под печени трески и добавляем лимонный фреш по вкусу.
Когда яйца остыли, нарезаем их произвольно и заправляем маслом из под печени-10гр.
Яйца, овощи и микс салата кладем в миску и все заправляем нашим соусом, все перемешиваем. Выкладываем салат на тарелку и сверху печень трески.

Ingredienti:
250 g. di yogurt di soia alla vaniglia
frutti di bosco surgelati
Prendete una teglia larga e metteteci sopra un foglio di carta forno. Distribuirvi sopra lo yogurt in uno strato uniforme e aggiungervi i frutti di bosco. Mettere in freezer per almeno 4 ore. Tagliarlo a quadrotti ed è pronto per essere gustato.
È semplicissimo!

👩‍🍳 Prepárate para este #findelargo 👨‍🍳 CHIA PUDDING CON PASTA DE MANÍ Y CHOCOLATE! 📋 INGREDIENTES 📋 ✔️4 cucharadas de semillas de chia ✔️1 cucharada de cacao amargo ✔️1 taza de leche de almendras ✔️2 sobres de Stevia ✔️2 cucharadas de pasta de @manikingoficial ✔️½ taza de leche de almendras banana y frutillas - Preparación 👉 Colocar en un recipiente hermético las semillas de chia, el cacao amargo, la Stevia y 1 taza de leche de almendras. 👉 Mezclar y reservar en la heladera toda la noche. Tomará consistencia cremosa luego de algunas horas. 👉 En un recipiente aparte mezclar la pasta de maní con la ½ taza de leche de almendras.
