I have found a series of short cardio sessions to be less inclined to make me wanna commit suicide 🤣🤣 so while I am bouncing from machine to machine this helps me keep the intensity high so I can push hard during my session to burn the most fat 💪

One thing I have noticed is how mindless people are with cardio. Unless you are pushing yourself through that session is it likely going to be twice as long as it needs to be. For me time is my most valuable asset so keeping cardio short and efficient is everything. I'll kill myself for 45 min like shown so that I dont have to do 2 hours or more a day of cardio. I also do 45 min in the morning too but this is the only week it has been that high all prep. Just working off those last bits of fat 👍

We all do it, we all make excuses for our shortcomings. We make excuses as to why we eat a certain way, or why we can’t lose the weight, or how we just don’t have the time to exercise.
We blame our age, our kids, our metabolism, our jobs.
I was that person too.
Having kids didn’t make you gain weight, your poor eating habits did. Your metabolism doesn’t suck, your lack of determination sucks. You say you don’t have the time, but I bet you watched all 63.5 hours of Game of Thrones - yes that’s how many hours you’ve wasted!
Im a single mom of 2, with a full time job, a puppy, and more responsibilities than I can count. I make the time to workout instead of watching TV all night. I choose to surround myself with likeminded individuals who make me better, educate me, and push me to succeed, not people who will drag me down. I make the choice to eat clean because it’s better for me and it will keep me on this earth longer, so I can see my kids have kids of their own.
You can have excuses, or you can have results. You can’t have both.

You can also perform this movement while standing or by setting the bar on rack. There are many machines that allow to do this exercise with less concentration on form and safety.
NOTE: to avoid traumatizing the shoulder joint, which is particularly delicate, rest the bar higher or lower behind your neck according to you body type and flexibility. This exercise can be strenuous on the rotator cuff muscles and should be performed with caution. . . . .

I haven’t been getting the best sleep because I’ve been trying to enjoy summer while also working two jobs + let’s just say that can be pretty exhausting. I feel like a broken record on this page just because I keep saying I need a routine but summer always lacks routine. I’m going to be trying to spend this week focusing on myself so that I can really get back to good health.
