Ich denke irgendwo die Mitte zu finden wäre nice.
Heute noch habe ich einen barfuß im Mcfit gesehen und so gedacht „Junge zieh dir mal paar Schuhe an“. Dann hab ich nochmal darüber nachgedacht und den Typen gefeiert. Denn im Endeffekt würde ich es nicht anders machen, wenn ich das Bedürfnis hätte, barfuß im Mcfit rum zu laufen, dann würde ich das auch tun. Und es wird immer jemanden geben der eben keine Pfirsiche mag. Also „i don’t fuckin care“. Danke Barfuß-Mann ☺️✌️

➡️ GAINAGE à chaque fin de séance (5min en alternant 3x1min de chaque côté puis 30sec de chaque)
➡️ Stomach Vaccum, technique de respiration visant à affiner la taille et beaucoup pratiqué par lés body builder
➡️ Relevé de jambe à la chaise romaine
➡️ Exercice à l’aide d’un ballon (relève de buste)

Pretty good heavy double deadlift day. Pause benches were tough really focusing on staying tight and positioning. I was 12 lbs lighter last time I did pull ups so these 5x8 felt awesome. Need to keep doing more.

Playtime is over. Lost a lot of gains traveling this last month or so. Time to realign and get back in the gym to gain back my momentum. Made a daily routine, Started reading at least an hour a day, Sleeping / waking earlier, started running in the mornings and now I need to get back in the gym and get my strength back. I think it's healthy to take breaks but I can see how tempting it is to fall off and stay off.. Just have to keep on moving forward. Stay tuned for hardcore Mark again. 💪🏻

I’ve had to cut back on time spent in the gym because of 40 to 45 min of cumulative biking there and back. The recent extreme heat has added serious strain on my body during those rides. It would be silly of me (or anyone) to not make an adjustment. ⁣

I'm very happy to continue moving in the right direction. Also I figured out my clean problem where I was straining my bicep tendons...turns out if I focus on my shoulder blades and lat tightness the rest kinda takes care of itself. Making myself concentrate on that upper and mid back contraction tightened everything up and my arms feel fine now.

I prepped pulling hook grip before this competition. I NEVER pulled over/under grip my entire time practicing deadlifting. Come show day I hit the squat and bench that I wanted. When I was warming up for dead’s in the back I could even pick up 495 and my opener was 585.... I was panicking super hard because my grip was trashed. Right before I went out one of the guys in my class said to me “just try an over under grip, you got nothing to lose”. So I got on the platform and went 3/3 on my deadlifts, and this here was my third attempt at 605 lbs. Crazy how it ended up working out for me. I was under a lot of pressure because if I wouldn’t of hit my opener my other state records wouldn’t of counted on my other lifts. I don’t know how it happened, but God blessed me with the ability to learn how to pull differently 20 seconds before my lift 😂😂😂😂

So if you notice on these numbers I have HUGE jumps in my squat and deadlift… well im gonna tell you this will likely keep going up for a while, because I’m simply able to get much stronger on my back and legs very quickly, however look at my bench press. This number moves very slow or did. Until Les fixed my bench, my bench wasn’t moving. But now! Bench is flying!!!
