1- Lemon Blueberry: Combine 3-4 thin slices of lemon, a handful of blueberries & ice water. Give the fruit some time to soak in the water & then enjoy!

2- Strawberry Mint: Slice 4-5 medium sized strawberries and add them into a cup with water and ice along with a few mint leaves. Let soak & hydrate!

3- Lemon, Cucumber, Mint & Ginger: In a cup of ice water, add 3 thin lemon slices, 5-6 thinly sliced cucumbers, mint leaves & grated ginger to taste. Allow time for it to soak & then enjoy!

4- Orange Rosemary: Cut 2-3 slices of orange and then cut each slice in half to make semi-circles. Add them into a cup of ice water along with your rosemary (I used 2 small sprigs).

5- Cucumber Mint: In a cup of ice water, combine 6-7 thin cucumber slices along with mint leaves to taste. Let it sit and then drink!

6- Raspberry Kiwi: Combine a handful of raspberries and about 6 thin slices of kiwi in a cup of ice water. Allow time for it to soak & it’s good to go!

Recipe: (Serves 3)
Vegan meatballs:
One 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed (250 g)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (35 g)
1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if needed) (45 g)
2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g)
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp ground chia seeds or flax seeds
Spice mix: 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground oregano, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Gravy:
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth or water (360 ml)
1/3 cup plant-based cream or canned coconut milk (80 ml)
2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g)
1/2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
Ground spice mix: 3 tsp curry powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar), sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prepare mashed potatoes or make your favorite pasta or rice (whatever you want to serve with your vegan meatballs).
Vegan meatballs:
Put all ingredients (except oil) to a food processor (or blender) and pulse a couple of times. Scrape down the sides and pulse again. Repeat for about one minute or until the mixture sticks together.
Roll the mixture with your hands into balls. I used 1 tbsp per ball (the recipe makes about 15 balls).
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan/skillet and fry balls for about 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Shake the pan from time to time to fry the balls evenly from all sides.
Transfer the balls to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

I’ve had a real craving for pasta lately...and I don’t mean zoodles. I mean REAL PASTA!🍝 I also want to soak up these last few weeks of summer with all the summer veggies I can! So tonight I whipped up this summer pasta and it was perfection!

To start with I cut up 1/2 red onion, a zucchini and halved a pint of cherry tomatoes. I coated a sheetpan with @chosenfoods avocado oil spray, threw on my veggies and seasoned with them with s&p. I roasted those babies at 450* for about 15-20 min until they were slightly charred and softened. Meanwhile, I cooked up some @iserniosausage chicken Italian sausage and linguine. When the veggies were done I mixed them in with the sausage. I plated the pasta, added the sausage veggie mix and topped with fresh chopped basil and a little shaved Parmesan.

Healthy Choco idli cake 🍩😋
Ingredients-:
1.Ragi flour( 1 cup )
2.Cocoa powder (2tablespoon)
3.Curd (1/2 cup)
4.Coconut milk (1/4 cup )
5.Powder sugar (2tablespoon)
6.Almonds(Handful)
7.Pistachio nuts (Handful)
8.Cardamom powder (1/2 spoon)
-:In a bowl add the all ingredients . Add water if needed and make lump free batter. : Grease the idli mold with mustard oil or ghee and fill each mold with the batter : Add 1 cup water in to pressure cooker and put the idli stand in to cooker .Discard the whistle from the cooker and close the lid of cooker cook in to high flame 2-3 mintues .then keep the flame low and cook for another 8-10 mintues .Then switch off the flame and choco idli cake is ready to serve . Granish with nuts and any fruit you like 🍒🍩

4.-> Almonds and pistachio-> Raw almonds and pistachio have relatively the same calorie content , total fat content , fibre content and protein content .Both nuts are cholesterol free . It's beneficial for brain health and nervous system .

Buon giorno amici e buon inizio di settimana! Come state? Siete tornati alla solita routine?
Io stamattina inizio con una delicatissima Fitcheesecake di cui sono molto orgogliosa 😍
Per la base ho frullato 3 fette biscottate, per amalgamare ho usato olio di cocco e un goccio di latte, adagiato all'interno di un coppapasta e schiacciato con un cucchiaio e messa in frigo. Nel frattempo per la farcia ho sciolto dell'agar agar alla fragola della @prozisitalia in dell'acqua calda e ho lasciato raffreddare e poi aggiunto a 150 g di yogurt magro e mescolato. Ho messo sopra la base e fatto riposare in frigo per 3 ore circa. Decorata poi con more e pistacchi.
Una delizia😍

今天沒話說!不對!我有件事想說!
今天的影片只純練臀,
另外我想再次強調一件事,
我不是只有練臀和下半身,
我全身都練,只有不練腹部,
我其實很在乎我硬舉和背部訓練,
胸和肩一週也至少一次。
再來,我已經健身也快2000個日子了,
在乎的已經不是瘦這件事了,
不建議新手只練狂ㄧ個部位,
例如狂練臀和腹部,
我的菜單幾個月就會換一下,
調整上身和下身比例分配,
像七月份有20天沒練(回台+去兩趟沖繩),
我看到自己沒充血的屁股和沒線條的肩膀和手臂就很不爽,但屁股沒充血會最讓我不爽,所以八月份把下半身的比例放多一點。
另外,還有一件事,真心想跟一些人說,並不是練腰腹你就會瘦腰腹,
你好好仔細想想,怎麼會你練屁股會變大,然後練腰卻會變小呢?
如果你想要看起來有S曲線,
那你才更應該好好強化你上身,
例如肩和背,上身變寬了,
整體視覺比例,腰就變小了。
本人不是教練,純粹只是一位有點膚淺的過來人的經驗分享。
好好找一位適合自己的教練也很重要,
例如我練的時候不喜歡閒話家常,
拜託!教練課一堂這麼貴,當然要抓緊時間練啊!多學一點,聊天聊個屁啊!不是啦!我是說,聊天會浪費很多時間(微笑😊),膚淺的我,是真的蠻喜歡聊屁股的。(繼續微笑😊)

就是紀錄自己練了什麼以及組數和重量,
我從2016年初上課就開始紀錄,後來自主也持續紀錄,
這對於以後自主很有幫助。

之前已經有分享過類似的ㄧ鍋到底
的柚香酪梨蝦涼拌冷麵,今天材料稍微有點不同而已,之前是低醣麵,現在是糙米麵。
☑️柚香酪梨蝦冷麵
🎀醬料:
1. 西班牙柚子橄欖油
2. 日本低卡低脂低糖柚子和風醬(有邱比特圖案那個牌子)
3. 黑胡椒
4. 新鮮檸檬汁少許,我用了兩片。
5. 檸檬胡椒(可省略)
🎀材料:
1. 有機糙米螺旋麵(可用你喜歡的義大利麵取代,不管是全麥的、低醣的,通心粉類,都可。)
2. 甜椒切丁切塊隨意(可有可無)
3. 酪梨半顆切丁
4. 蝦子看你食量調整,我大概用了400g。

5. 蘆筍幾根隨意
6. 綜合生菜隨意
7. 紅蘿蔔🥕(假掰用,可不用。)
🎀作法:
1. 先汆燙好蘆筍、紅蘿蔔、蝦,接著煮麵,要涼拌的麵可煮多30秒~1分鐘。
2. 將所有材料放涼之後全部攪拌一起,倒入柚香橄欖油、和風醬、擠入檸檬汁ㄧ片、撒上鹽、黑胡椒⋯等,攪拌均勻。
3. 試味道,鹹度自行斟酌,擺盤,拍照,開動。
就這樣,很簡單吧~

今天沒話說!不對!我有件事想說! 今天的影片只純練臀, 另外我想再次強調一件事, 我不是只有練臀和下半身, 我全身都練,只有不練腹部, 我其實很在乎我硬舉和背部訓練, 胸和肩一週也至少一次。 再來,我已經健身也快2000個日子了, 在乎的已經不是瘦這件事了, 不建議新手只練狂ㄧ個部位, 例如狂練臀和腹部, 我的菜單幾個月就會換一下, 調整上身和下身比例分配, 像七月份有20天沒練(回台+去兩趟沖繩), 我看到自己沒充血的屁股和沒線條的肩膀和手臂就很不爽,但屁股沒充血會最讓我不爽,所以八月份把下半身的比例放多一點。 另外,還有一件事,真心想跟一些人說,並不是練腰腹你就會瘦腰腹, 你好好仔細想想,怎麼會你練屁股會變大,然後練腰卻會變小呢? 如果你想要看起來有S曲線, 那你才更應該好好強化你上身, 例如肩和背,上身變寬了, 整體視覺比例,腰就變小了。 本人不是教練,純粹只是一位有點膚淺的過來人的經驗分享。 好好找一位適合自己的教練也很重要, 例如我練的時候不喜歡閒話家常, 拜託!教練課一堂這麼貴,當然要抓緊時間練啊!多學一點,聊天聊個屁啊!不是啦!我是說,聊天會浪費很多時間(微笑😊),膚淺的我,是真的蠻喜歡聊屁股的。(繼續微笑😊) 給正在上教練課的新朋友一個建議, 就是紀錄自己練了什麼以及組數和重量, 我從2016年初上課就開始紀錄,後來自主也持續紀錄, 這對於以後自主很有幫助。 --------------------------------------------------- 之前已經有分享過類似的ㄧ鍋到底 的柚香酪梨蝦涼拌冷麵,今天材料稍微有點不同而已,之前是低醣麵,現在是糙米麵。 ☑️柚香酪梨蝦冷麵 🎀醬料: 1. 西班牙柚子橄欖油 2. 日本低卡低脂低糖柚子和風醬(有邱比特圖案那個牌子) 3. 黑胡椒 4. 新鮮檸檬汁少許,我用了兩片。 5. 檸檬胡椒(可省略) 🎀材料: 1. 有機糙米螺旋麵(可用你喜歡的義大利麵取代,不管是全麥的、低醣的,通心粉類,都可。) 2. 甜椒切丁切塊隨意(可有可無) 3. 酪梨半顆切丁 4. 蝦子看你食量調整,我大概用了400g。 (照片沒全拍) 5. 蘆筍幾根隨意 6. 綜合生菜隨意 7. 紅蘿蔔🥕(假掰用,可不用。) 🎀作法: 1. 先汆燙好蘆筍、紅蘿蔔、蝦,接著煮麵,要涼拌的麵可煮多30秒~1分鐘。 2. 將所有材料放涼之後全部攪拌一起,倒入柚香橄欖油、和風醬、擠入檸檬汁ㄧ片、撒上鹽、黑胡椒⋯等,攪拌均勻。 3. 試味道,鹹度自行斟酌,擺盤,拍照,開動。 就這樣,很簡單吧~ ----------------------------------------------------- ☀️8/23打卡(第1996日) ✔️核心伸展 1. 貓牛式 3. 胸腰椎3D伸展(不小心漏了) 4. 狗鳥式 ✔️髖熱身啟動 1. 彈力帶髖外旋 2. 彈力帶髖外展側走 3. 蚌殼式 4. 腰方肌 史密斯臀舉6X8~12 史密斯青蛙後腳抬4X10 史密斯單腳臀推4X各10 #workout #training #trainingday #fitnesslife #fitness #gym #healtyfood #gymlife #protein #eatright #fit #cooking #重訓日 #健康飲食 #翹臀 #healthychoices #fitnessgirl #homemade #homecooking #fitnessmotivation #instafitness #highprotein #lowgi #brownricepasta #gluten_free #pasta #dairyfree #summer

Sunday is laundry day! I stopped using dryer sheets after watching the Netflix documentary “Stink!”. I wanted to get rid of things that have “fragrance” listed as an ingredient - and other ingredients (chemicals) can have an impact on our bodies. .

BUT..... I still wanted my laundry to smell amazing and be static free. So I started using dryer balls with a few drops of essential oil! The wool dryer balls help deal with the static while the essential oil makes my laundry smell fresh! My favorite to use is Citrus Fresh. So fresh and so clean!
