Don’t know what to make for dinner tonight? Try these easy, delicious and healthy chicken balls for dinner! This recipe is perfect for both children and adults! I like to use dark chicken because it is very soft and my kids love it! Make this with pasta or quinoa, if possible try to use whole grain pasta!
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 pack Ground dark chicken
1 onion
1 cloves garlic
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Handful chopped parsley
1 egg
Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic. Once soft add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, add spices. Meanwhile, mix ground chicken, egg and fresh parsley and when sauce bubbles create into balls and add to pot. Lower heat and cook for about 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked. Tip: Usually I don’t need to add anything but an egg and an herb to my ground raw meat, though if your mixture is too sticky, add some oatmeal! 😊😊 Enjoy! #healthydinner #chickenballs #kidsapproved #easyrecipe #chayalezellrd

4 MODI DI DIRE TORTA SALATA
Se c’è un piatto più versatile della torta salata io non lo so, so solo che se volete sbizzarrirvi con le combinazioni di ingredienti, rendere più sfiziose le verdure, farle mangiare ai bambini (credo proprio che a me abbiano abituata così), svuotare il frigo, preparare un pranzo d’asporto per l’ufficio, per la spiaggia o per una gita in montagna… Beh devo dire che le torte salate sono la soluzione ideale!!
Si possono fare davvero in tantissimi modi, addirittura partendo dalla base: che sia pasta sfoglia, pasta frolla, di grano duro, integrale, di grano saraceno; variando il ripieno: uno o più verdure (rispettando la stagionalità in modo da usarle sempre freschissime), pesce magro (preferibilmente azzurro e ricco di omega3) , formaggio (cremoso per amalgamarsi bene al ripieno, grattugiato per conferire un sapore più rustico), uova per legare gli ingredienti (di gallina freschissime del vostro pollaio come facciamo io ed il mio compagno, o delle galline del vostro contadino di fiducia), NO PANNA NO (io non la uso, oltre ad essere pesante secondo me rovina l’armonia degli ingredienti).
Ma l’ingrediente principale è la CREATIVITÀ!! io le adoro, le farei in continuazione, si possono fare anche piccole monoporzione per una gita fuori porta, in modo da avere a disposizione un piatto unico fatto da voi con l’assoluta sicurezza ed apporto di tutti i principi nutritivi, in quanto è un delizioso piatto unico, completo e ben bilanciato.

INGREDIENTES:
1 taza de avena.
1/2 taza de leche de almendras.
1/2 taza de agua.
1 cucharada de caco en polvo de @mydietbox.
1⃣ Mezclamos los ingredientes en un bowl.
2️⃣ Calentamos en el microondas por 3 min.

This salad was inspired by a dish I had in Nashville at the restaurant Biscuit Love. I was there for breakfast with a few girlfriends and we decided we needed to order something healthier to balance out all the indulgent biscuit dishes we were sampling. We ordered their shaved Brussels sprout salad that comes topped with a few poached eggs. It ended up being as delicious as their famous biscuits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I returned home, I was craving the crunch and lemony flavor of the salad, so I decided to make my own version. In my version, I omit the eggs and add avocado, fresh basil, dried blueberries, chopped Marcona almonds and toss in a grainy mustard vinaigrette. It has quickly become a favorite in our house and we have been eating it regularly. You can shave the Brussels sprouts yourself in a food processor or buy them shaved and ready to go. I know there’s not really the biggest difference in these photos (1st taken today and second taken 14th May) but even my tummy being the tiniest bit flatter (especially it being 🌟 week) after only a month is giving me so much motivation to keep going until my holiday, and beyond to target 🤞🏽 I think there’s only a couple of pounds difference but all the body magic I’ve been doing is defo changing my body shape! Can’t wait to see the difference in another 2 months time 🙌🏼

y’all love the sheet pan dinners to today I’m sharing another easy fave: sheet pan fajitas! these can be used in so many ways: tacos, at home burrito bowls, quesadillas, salads, etc! add some avo 🥑 and a little plain greek yogurt & you’re set! 🙌🏼 all you have to do: cube 2lbs chicken breast, slice 4 bell peppers + an onion. spread evenly on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with a packet of low sodium taco seasoning + 2 Tbsp @traderjoes chili lime seasoning. bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes & you’re good to go! 🌮🥙🔥🌶

Mince & Veggie stew
really quick easy dinner tonight 👌
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic diced
500g mince (grass fed if possible)
2 carrots chopped
1 bunch bok choy sliced
A cup or 2 of Brussel sprouts halved
500ml chicken or beef bone broth
Salt and pepper
Add onion and garlic to pan for 5 min, add mince, broth and carrots cook for 20min. Add Brussel sprouts and bok choy cook for another 5 min

Dinner last night was soooo good and soooo easy to make
Cauliflower in the steamer for 30 min. After put in a bowl and dumped Raos garlic sauce on top. Mashed up cauliflower a little.
Chicken in instant pot for 15 min with seasonal and garlic powder. When chicken finished I dumped some crushed up spinach in insta pot with some mozzarella and put lid back on.
Mixed altogether. Super good and easy.

Die Toppings kannst du nach Belieben auswählen. Die bunte, frische Mischung passt super zum Sommer und schmeckt wirklich hervorragend.
Die Süßkartoffel/Kartoffel braucht nur echt eine ganze Weile im Ofen, also rechtzeitig starten.
Kartoffel mit Öl oder Ghee und Salz einreiben, in Backpapier einwickeln und bei 175 Grad O/U-Hitze 1,5 - 2 h backen.
Toppings - selbstgemachter Krautsalat mit Haselnüssen
- Kräuter-Knoblauch-Joghurt
- Zwiebeln
- Mais und Tomaten
- Peperoni und Oliven
Tipp des Tages: Den Herren der Schöpfung verkauft man es am Besten so:
