There’s nothing better than a chewy peanut butter cookie dipped in @hukitchen chocolate to get your energy back and brighten up your day!🥜🍫 Quick, simple and delicious soft & chewy peanut butter cookies, made with just 4 ingredients! Plus, they are refined sugar free, gluten free and paleo! Dipped in my favorite @hukitchen paleo chocolate for the perfect salty, sweet combo🍫
Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 cup Peanut Butter - 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and use a cookie scoop to scoop each cookie onto a baking sheet. Flatten the cookies with your hand.
Using a fork flatten cookies slightly then turn fork going opposite direction and flatten just slightly again (it should create that criss cross pattern). Bake the cookies for around 8-9 minutes. INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Strawberry Donuts
½ cup oat flour*
1 scoop (34g) vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp. (15g) cocoa powder
¾ tsp. baking powder
½ cup (113g) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 whole egg
3 tbsp. (42g) stevia/sugar baking blend**
2 tbsp. milk (any milk is fine)
¼ cup strawberries, chopped

White Chocolate Glaze

¼ cup (56g) vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. (32g) white chocolate coconut butter
2 tbsp. (30g) white chocolate chips
1 tbsp. milk (any milk is fine)

INSTRUCTIONS
.

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, egg, stevia/sugar blend, and milk. Gently mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Add chopped strawberries and fold into batter. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter into a large Ziploc bag. Cut end off bag. Pipe donuts into donut pan evenly. There is enough batter to make 8 donuts.
Bake for 8-9 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Take donuts out of pan and put onto a cooling rack to completely cool.
Heat coconut butter and white chocolate chips in the microwave mixing every 30 seconds until melted. Add Greek yogurt and milk. Mix until smooth glaze forms.
Dip cooled donuts in glaze. Set in fridge for a few minutes to let glaze harden. Dip in glaze again. Add more chopped strawberries if desired.

Lamb Burgers
It’s really lamb sliders but lamb burger just sounds so much better together. I made this for a late Thursday night supper. My kids has gone to sleep and it was only me and my husband. We polished it off. Nuff said. •
1 1/2 lb ground lamb
1 small onion
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper ➡️shape into patties and grill or broil for about 5-6 minutes per side ❄️freezes well

Happy Sunday Funday!
I love having healthy snacks on hand, especially ones that are a good pre or post-workout snack 💪 and these salted-caramel chocolate chip cookie dough balls are just that!
Here’s the recipe:
•1 cup oat flour
•2 scoops @vega_team salted caramel protein & greens powder
•1/4 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup @eatfatso crunchy salted caramel peanut butter
•2 tsp vanilla
•1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
•1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl mix oat flour and protein powder to combine. Add maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and enough almond milk to combine (I usually use closer to 1/2 cup but start with 1/4 cup). Use a cookie scoop or a spoon and roll in to balls! Store in the fridge, makes about 12 balls.
They’re so easy to make and versatile because with just a few ingredient swaps, you have a whole new flavour! You can use any variety of nut butter, any flavour of protein powder, or any other add-ins (sprinkles, white chocolate, dried fruit) you like! Get creative 🤪

🌹NEW product launch: A gentle peel without the harsh chemicals & adverse side effects like thinning/irritating the skin, the @odacite BioActive Rose Gommage sloughs off dead skin cells to reveal the skin underneath and a glowing complexion. It uses Papaya and Pineapple Enzymes to dissolve dead skin and refine texture, Hyaluronic Acid to plump skin, Konjac Root to cleanse & purify and Rose Water. There are MULTIPLE ways to use this peel:
- Gommage: wait for it to slightly dry then rub it off as the product rolls under your fingers
- Mask: let it fully dry. Your face will look like it’s been laminated. Then wash off with warm water. I find this method more effective in leaving my skin clearer and aglow.
