4️⃣ Probablemente no le estas dando el descanso que el músculo necesita‼️ recuerda que MÁS no significa que sea MEJOR, el músculo crece con el descanso y será imposible que el músculo crezca si lo entrenas todos los días. TODOS los músculos incluyendo los ABS necesitan un descanso de al menos 48-72horas.

5️⃣ No te concentras en el músculo y solo te enfocas en cumplir repeticiones lo cual es un grave error ❌ para conseguir la conexión mente-músculo necesitamos “sentir” cómo trabajan los músculos mientras entrenas, que ARDA, que sientas como se mueve, que sientas que estás trabajando el músculo que quieras trabajar... si terminas tu entrenamiento pero solo te enfocaste en cumplir las repeticiones PERO descuidaste la técnica y NO te concentraste en el músculo probablemente tu entreno solo habrá sido solo un 20% efectivo 🙁.

• Mezcla las claras de huevo, la canela, la leche de almendras y la Whey Protein.
• Sumerge las rebanadas de pan integral hasta que absorban bien la mezcla.
• Coloca en el sartén y dora por ambos lados.
• Acompáñalas con mermelada, sirope libre de azúcar o frutas frescas.

It took me experiencing my first ever signs of depression and anxiety to finally realize I needed to change. I wanted more in life. I wanted to be a happy person again but more importantly, I wanted to be a fun mom chasing my toddler around or feel confident and beautiful around my husband (even though he's loved me at my worst).

Feliz semana dieters!!! Os quería compartir una receta que aunque no luce mucho en la foto me ha encantado 😍 y es muy apañada y sanota para verano. ¿Que también habrá que compartir recetas saladas ricas que nos sirvan a todas no? Es una ensalada de patata súper rica, que además da a nuestro cuerpo almidón resistente al tomar las patatas en frío ( os recomiendo googlear sobre este tema).

Ingredientes para 4 raciones: he tirado un poco de lo que tenía en casa, habrá muchas formas de hacerlo, pero así ha quedado estupenda. Medio pimiento rojo, un pimiento verde italiano, un aguacate, un tallo de apio, un bote de aceitunas pequeño sin hueso, dos zanahorias, 4 patatas, un bote de bonito. Para la salsa: 3 cucharadas de mayonesa, una cucharada de aceite, una cuchara de mostaza de dijon y limón.

Receta: cocemos las patatas y las tenemos al menos 12 horas en la nevera para crear el almidón resistente. Una vez listas, las cortamos en trozos pequeños así como el resto de ingredientes y añadimos sal. Para la salsa, que le da un toque a ensaladilla, mezclamos los ingredientes en un recipiente y luego lo integramos con la ensalada. Queda de rechupete!!!!

It felt soooo good and at the same exact time I felt like I was dying! 😂

I got my 🍑 kicked today for leg day, but I honestly did enjoy it. I needed a good sweat session after the way my day started!

Getting up and working out helps my anxiety so freaking much! And on days when I’m not able to get my workout in for whatever reason (usually because I have massive amounts of schoolwork to do) I wind up going to bed anxious and not able to fall asleep for hours.
.
I’m super happy that I got it done today and can focus on making the rest of my day the best it can be!

Con este calor se me antojó algo muy fresco, así que mezclé nopalitos cocidos🌵, tomatitos cherry🍅, cebolla, frijolitos recién cocidos, cuadritos de aguacate🥑y un poquito de queso panela.

Integré todo muy bien, le agregué un chorrito de aceite de oliva. También sabe rico con cilantro, pero no tenía🤷🏻‍♀️.

Ce matin mes quadris se sont manifestés quand même 😅 et m’ont rappelé que je leur avaient mis 27k et 1500m de D+ hier dans les dents 😆
La séance du jour étant un Run de récup @antoine_in_the_wild avait bien senti le truc 😅 merci coach 🙏🏼 .

The beginning of the exercise, they pick up the weight with bad form (normally rounded back), do their reps with good form and drop the weight on the floor with bad form

The initially lift and the final drop are both as important as the reps in between! .
Try and be aware of this when deadlifting 🙂
