It was inspired by @georges_bakery and let me tell you, I understand why he’s seems so stressed sometimes because I nearly had a nervous breakdown making it- it’s fair to say I’m not a natural baker! Only problem with making a cake for a special occasion is that it hangs around for a few days afterwards and I had a slice before the gym today and nearly threw up 😂 . 👉🏽 This is what I’ve got so far. I’m trying to cut down to my wedding weight (172 lbs.) before we head to Cancun. I’ve got about 10 lbs. to lose before then. I currently have about 3 weeks. It’ll take a lot of hard work, but it’s absolutely feasible. 🔥🔥

I don’t normally post my plans as they always tend to change, but I occasionally get asked about what I’m doing. So, I might as well start posting about it. 👍🏽 . 👉🏽 This is what I’ve got so far. Diet break did me good 🔥 ready to rock the next 7 weeks. If you have a gap between your shows or dieting in general for a while I really suggest implementing a diet break. Really has saved me from binging post show and I don’t feel that I have to cram everything in 2 days before a reverse. Find the method that works for you to create a healthy mindset 🙏🏻❤️

Banana bread 🍌 🥖
➡Ingredientes:
- 4 bananas amassadas; 🍌
- 2 ovos (veganos podem usar 2 col de sopa de gel de linhaça- deixada em 1/2 copo de água por pelo menos 30 min);
- 1/3 de xícara de manteiga ghee ou óleo de coco; 🥥
- 1 e 3/4 de xícara de farinha nutritiva (use um mix das que gostar: farinha de aveia, amêndoas, coco ou arroz integral);
- 1 colher de sopa de canela em pó;
- 1 colher de sopa de fermento;
- 120 g de chocolate rico em cacau picado. 🍫 ..
➡Modo de fazer:
Bata as bananas com os ovos ou linhaça e a manteiga/óleo (pode ser no liquidificador). Misture a farinha e a canela. Por último coloque o fermento e o chocolate, mexendo com cuidado. Coloque em uma forma de pão untada e asse em forno a 200 graus por 30 min aproximadamente. Depois de pronto pode ser cortado em fatias e congelado (e para descongelar basta colocar na torradeira). 😉 Delícia ❤

That coupled with a hectic work schedule (which i live for and love) threw me well off track in terms of ENJOYING my training and nutrition 🙅🏽‍♂️ ⁣

Finally i’m back feeling stronger than ever and i get to be fortunate enough that i have fallen back in love with the process of wiping the slate clean with a fresh training and nutrition strategy 💪🏼 ⁣

We all hit stumbling blocks from time to time. Its about how you deal with that and move forward. ⁣

Honestly, I was downright confused⁣
⁣
And part of that reason was the MIXED MESSAGES ⁣
⁣
Intuitive Eating can be a confusing enough concept as it is when coming from a diet-centered perspective⁣
⁣
But throw in all the misinformation and its like this MEGA confusing enigma type thing⁣
⁣
SO I’M HERE TO DE-BUNK SOME OF THE BAD INFO OUT THERE⁣
⁣
➡️You just eat when hungry, stop when full⁣
❌NOPE. That sounds like a diet😉 Eventually, eating when you’re not hungry is just not that fun anymore. BUT there are times when it’s necessary to eat when not hungry or YOU JUST WANNA. And it’s totally fine. ⁣
⁣
➡️2) IE as a weight-loss approach⁣
❌If you see this type of marketing, run the other way. ⁣
IE is a WEIGHT AGNOSTIC approach. It allows your body to settle into the weight it WANTS/NEEDS to be, which may mean weight-loss, weight-gain, or no change.⁣
⁣
➡️3) IE encourages eating EVERYTHING AT ALL TIMES, with no regard for your health.⁣
❌Wrong again. IE is actually health CENTERED. It just recognizes that our current approach to ‘health and wellness’ isn’t working and actually creates more unhealthy behaviours/outcomes in the long term⁣

💫IE It puts all foods on a level playing ground so you can truly CHOOSE what to eat based on how you feel/want to feel without fear, shame, or judgement⁣

💫It's less about WHAT you eat, and more about HOW YOU FEEL about what you eat and your intention behind it⁣

💫It helps you re-learn to approach food from a POSITIVE frame-work based in trust, compassion, and curiosity, which has scientifically been shown to promote health. ⁣

These were the best burgers I've ever seen cooked at HSS in regards to their beef; crust, size, cheese melt, flavour. Showing the venue is in safe hands with chef @ryleymillar taking over the Kitchen as @richardborg_ moves on to exciting new ventures out on the River. Specials come and go but if you've got cracking produce, guys that can provide consistency and a nice venue then you're onto a winner. Double cheeseburger was my fave burger of the week handsdown! .

On top of it, many drinks such as orange 🍊 juice are loaded with sugar and carbs. For example, a 12 oz. single serve bottle of 100% orange juice has 39 grams of carbs and 34 grams of sugar! This nutritional makeup is incomplete compared to whole fruit and vegetables which makes you feel more full due to less sugar and higher fiber content. 🍊🥑🍓 The snack on the right contains the same number of calories as the orange juice (170) but that’s has only 10 grams of carbs and 6 grams of sugar. 🤩⠀

14:40 - коктейль ( молоко, пастила, банан, протеин ) и конфета😊
16:40 - рис с яичницей и 2 апельсина
21:40 - гречка с филе, маслом и апельсин
22:00 - кефир с хлебцами
Встал без будильника, поел и двинула на экзамен. Получил автоматом 4-ку, решил не испытывать судьбу и сразу согласился. Потом чуток прогулялся перед работой, хотелось больше, но не было свободного времени.
Неплохо так потренил, более менее выполнил подкорректированный план. Хочется больше, чётче и лучше. В приседе нужно чуток поменять постановку ног, по советам более опытных атлетов😁 Со следующей недели попрактикуюсь. После работы пришёл, поел и решил чуток прогуляться, встретился с друзьями и неплохо так провели время, спустились на набережную, красиво...Но мошки! Ужасно раздражают...Под вечер пришёл приход после тренировки и лестница на Волжском оказалась адово длинной и тяжелой. Я еле-еле по ней вскарабкался. Да и аппетит под вечер проснулся, ладно оставил нормально так ккал на вечер, смог не вылезти из нормы.
По тренировке: 11:30 - 13:45
1. Присед 128х10/145х3(+2)/130х8/138х6 + Жим лёжа без моста/с мостом 88х10/100х4/93х8/95х6
2. Румынская тяга 135х10/150х6/140х8 + Шраги на скамье 30х10/32,5х7/30х8
3. Вертикальная тяга в тренажёре 120х10х2/130х8 + Жим сидя в смитте 55х10х2/60х8
4. ПШНБ 45х10х3 + Отведения с гант стоя 15х10х3 + Франц жим 45х10х3

Was driving so had a mocktail and water with it, ordered a mango lassi because mangos are lush right? Well I expected a fruit juice kind of drink. Nope. A mango lassi is pretty much a mango yoghurt. It's nice but weird as a drink, prob because I expected something more liquid 🤣 -

Here’s the truth, you don’t need to eat chicken and rice all day every day to label yourself as ‘healthy’ or to get results, quite the opposite actually 😳 Thing is if you’re not a competitive athlete then there’s no need for you to be killing yourself with your diet and eating ‘healthy’ food all of the time, it is actually worse for your progress because you’re 10x more likely to fall off the wagon and give up because you’ll be too miserable 😩

So here’s why Flexible Dieting is much better than you typical health diet which is aimed to starve you into losing fat, 1) You can eat the foods you enjoy while still getting results 2) You won’t be as stressed about your food choices 3) You can still be social and go out with friends/family to eat while staying on track with your goals ✅

I’m not saying to eat burgers and pizza every meal, what I am saying is that if your diet is 70-80% on point and you indulge in the foods you enjoy while still meeting your calorie requirements, you won’t throw away your progress you can still be healthy and enjoy foods like pizza and chocolate 🤷‍♂️
