TRUE LIFE - I put hot sauce in everything. Okay we’ll just about everything. It goes in and on all of my savory foods. I wasn’t always like though. I mean I ate wings as a kid (pre celiac) and liked the hot ones but I didn’t ever make a point to top my food with something spicy until I was in college. BROWNI KETO 🆓 azúcares (cero patatero) 🆓harinas 🆓gluten 🆓 lácteos 🆙grasas saludables

Os he dicho alguna vez que me encanta versionar las recetas de @bylauragarcia ? Pues me encanta! Y hacerlas eh!!! Qué primero siempre las pruebo como ella las hace y no hay una que no me haya gustado!

Ayer por mis stories os enseñé las magdalenas de calabacín, las preparé para el cole de Narán y triunfaron entre todos los peques!! Viva!!! Claro, que no dije de que eran. Llevaban 4 dátiles meedjol que aunque no es nada para todas las que hice yo ahora no como. Esta mañana Narán se comió las que sobraron y yo tenía antojazo así que me las hice en versión browni y sin endulzar! .
Ingredientes:
➡️1calabacin mediano pelado (aunque es eco yo lo pelé).
➡️2huevos de gallinas felices.
➡️1cucharada de algarroba y otra de cacao puro colmadas.
➡️6cucharadas colmadas de tahin.
➡️1cucharadita de vinagre de manzana sin pasteurizar.
➡️1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato sin aluminio.
➡️Pizca sal
➡️Canela, jengibre, anís, vainilla, cardamomo...especias dulces al gusto.
➡️2cucharadas colmadas de ghee

Procedimiento: ➡️Se precalienta el horno a 180grados.
➡️Se tritura todo en un procesador de alimentos (queda una textura bastante líquida).
➡️Vierte en un molde previamente engrasado.
➡️Adorna (o no) con frutos secos, semillas...
➡️ Hornea 30min a 180 grados.
➡️ Disfruta!!!

Está dulce? No. Me gusta?? Me chifla! Todo lo que lleve ghee me encanta y mi cuerpo está acostumbrado a no tomar dulce así que estos sabores me dejan ya saciada!!! Pero ya sabes, con dátiles o erytritol perfectos también si eres más goloso!!!😋 Es lo bueno de la dieta keto o paleo, tu cuerpo se acostumbra a no tomar azúcares y las grasitas saludables ya le son suficientes!😘

It's not that hard to prepare healthy, easy lunches, you just need to set aside a little time to meal-prep. The benefits of doing this? You have control over what your eating, you can be creative using different veg, it's healthy and also cheaper then having to go buy something from a shop. A great, basic template is simply a protein source, some veg, seasoning and a little healthy fat. Then, a carb source depending on how active you've been/are going to be that day or how tolerant you are are with carbs: some find too many can make them feel sleepy, others find they give them plenty of energy. Experiment and see what works best for you.
This particular lunch couldn't have been any easier to prepare: scrambled eggs made with 3 free ranged eggs, grass-fed butter and a little organic cheese from grass-fed fed cows; then I just added some spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, runner beans, carrot and a little salt and pepper.

2 whole Sweet Potato, cut into 1/2

🍴𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲🍴 ~ 🅂🅆🄴🄴🅃 🄿🄾🅃🄰🅃🄾 🅂🄿🄸🄲🅈 🄲🄷🄸🄲🄺🄴🄽 ~ 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1 lb boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes 2 whole Sweet Potato, cut into 1/2" cubes 1 tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 3 Tbsp Tessemae's Hot Sauce / Wing Sauce 3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil 3 pieces Bacon, sliced 1 cup Green Onion, sliced 1 pinch Sea Salt 1 pinch Black Pepper, ground 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Preheat your oven to 400 F. On the stovetop set ovenproof pan over medium heat. Add tablespoon of coconut oil to pan and when melted add bacon. Cook until bacon is crisp, remove and set aside. In a large bowl, combine together paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the sweet potatoes and chicken to spice mix, and stir to coat. Add the seasoned potatoes and chicken into the pan. Stir a few times to brown chicken, about 3-4 minutes Place pan uncovered in pre-heated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Add the green onions and bacon to the dish and serve. Bench is finally going ⬆️! 5x5s last set was a grinder 😅. I was always stuck to the same weight for the longest time ever! I tried everything 😭adding more volume, trying to consistently go up in weight, hitting chest hard everytime , you name it..but I learned sometimes you just have to try unorthodox methods, cut your ego and just focus on ‘technique‘ such as, bar path, form, and tempo. Also, adding “de loads” which is basically lifting with lighter weights and focusing speed & explosiveness with shorter rest time than normal. Try implementing these into your training and see if it helps for any compound lifts! 💪🏻

Também já contei pontinhos, pesei porções, comia de 3 em 3 horas, ‘X’ porções de verduras, outras ‘X’ de frutas, tem que tomar café da manhã, tem que ter ceia...já fiz isso tudo! E sei o sofrimento que é!

Nosso corpo não tem calculadora e não somos calorímetros, ele não faz contas de somar e subtrair, não calcula nada. Isso deveria ser orgânico! Bebe-se quando tem sede. Come-se quando tem fome e até a saciedade.

Mas depois de anos de lavagem cerebral tentando nos ensinar como tem que comer, o que tem que comer, a quantidade ideal de se comer, o horário ideal para comer, esquecemos o que é fome orgânica.

Quando passamos a nos alimentar com #comidadeverdade a grande maioria das pessoas resolve esse problema. A qualidade da alimentação traz saciedade, a fome diminui naturalmente, fica claro o que é fome orgânica e o emagrecimento é algo natural e tranquilo. Pronto! Não precisa contar calorias, não precisa pesar, nem ficar pensando que se pulou o café da manhã o metabolismo vai ficar lento.

No consultório, a maior frequência é de pessoas que não conseguiram ainda identificar o que é fome orgânica – e acredite – isso é MUITO comum. Mais ainda, as vezes conseguem identificar sim, mas não conseguem comer SÓ na presença da fome orgânica. Isso pode ser mesmo complicado... envolve mudança de hábitos, quebra de paradigmas, reconhecer que está se deixando levar por emoções, desejos de fugir da realidade e outras coisas que podem ser bem dolorosas de se enfrentar.

Pesto Ingredients:
2 handfuls organic spinach
1/4c basil
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced
3T olive oil
1/2t sea salt
1/4t pepper
1/4t red pepper flakes
Add all ingredients except oil to a food processor. Blend and slowly add in oil until smooth.
Chicken Meatball Ingredients
1lb ground chicken
1 handful spinach, torn
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2t sea salt
1 pasture raised egg
1/4t pepper
1/8t cayenne
1t oregano
1/3c almond flour
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatballs. Heat a skillet over a medium flame. Coat the pan with olive oil and add meatballs, sautéing and browning all sides for 5-10 min or until no longer pink.

Once you are on a path cultivating these three things(among many others) many things in your life will start to synchronize and you will be ready to "Explode." Intermittent fasting is proving to be awesome for me. It has stopped me from eating all those useless extra calories that I had throughout the day besides my meals.
I start my day with simple H2O drink. I'm loving keeping myself hydrated. The only drawback is those frequent trips to the loo! 🤣
