While calories are king when it comes to weight loss, why do we bother with macronutrient ratios? Why can’t I work to build an ‘optimal’ physique by eating only cereal or potato chips as long as the calories are below my rate of expenditure? .

'The human body has no internal concept as to what calories are, we, as a society, made that concept and tied it to food. Take for example, 100 calories of firewood, 100 calories of sugar, and 100 calories of steak. If you eat that firewood, chances are your body will not even digest it to absorb the calories and nutrients it has. Whereas eating 100 calories of steak will trigger the release of Cholecystokinin (a fat breakdown hormone), and eating 100 calories of sugar will elicit a spike in Insulin (glycogen shuttling hormone) much higher than that of the steak.'

There are countless hormones at play when it comes to food type digestion, and optimizing these specific hormones are key to optimizing your body, therefore quality takes greater precedent than quantity when it comes to selection of food and macronutrient ratios. *Kraftausdauertraining ist gut beim Abnehmen.* Wenn du Kraftausdauer trainierst, dann verbrennst du evtl. minimal mehr Kalorien.
Doch entscheidend ist: Wenn du von Hypertrophietraining auf Krraftausdauertraining umsteigst, dann wirst du dein Trainingsgewicht senken müssen, weil du jetzt mehr Wiederholungen machen musst. Essentiell für den Muskelaufbau ist eine Steigerung des Gewichts im Training. In einer Diät wollen wir unsere Muskulatur erhalten, deswegen macht es keinen Sinn, mit dem Trainingsgewicht nach unten zu gehen!
FAZIT: Mach Hypertrophietraining in der Diät! .

Natürlich möchte man den Menschen helfen, die man mag - aber was bringt dir ein Rat von jemandem der selbst nicht glücklich ist in diesem Bereich?

Such dir Menschen die nicht nur so tun als ob, sondern auch wirklich wissen wovon sie reden. Menschen die ein wirkliches Vorbild sind und Ahnung haben. Von deren Erlebnissen und learnings du lernen kannst.

Menschen die da sind wo du hin willst und nicht von Menschen die selbst hunderte Kilometer weit weg sind von deinem Ziel oder Anliegen. 🤷‍♀️

Ich zum Beispiel kann dir keine Sport und Fitness Tipps geben, dass ist meine Baustelle aber wenn du wissen willst wie du deine zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen verbessern kannst, an dir und deiner Kommunikation arbeiten kannst und dadurch ein glücklicheres Leben führen kannst, dabei kann ich dir helfen ❤
